We can offer both compression and injection moulding (volume dependant) along with a fast and efficient service to cover your requirements. We can supply from 1 piece to +1 million pieces no matter what the material compound or part complexity, from a simple ring to an intricate rubber and metal bonded component with exact tolerances for many Industries such as Automotive, Food and Drink Processing, Industrial, Agricultural, Chemical Processing, and Petrochemical.

Extrusions, including O Ring Cord, are available in various materials and profiles from our standard stock range. We can also manufacture bespoke and special profiles.

ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report) / PSW (Part Submission Warrant) or PPAP level 3 (Production Part Approval Process) and levels 1,2 3,4,5 documents wherever necessary from Quality Assured Global Manufacturers with ISO9001 accreditation through to TS16949 / Q1 for the Automotive Sector.
