Diaphragm Seals – Rolling and Flat
M Barnwell Services are the UK’s leading stockist, distributor and manufacturer of Diaphragm Seals (Rolling and Flat) and Hygienic Seals.
Diaphragm Seals are a certified to FDA, EC1935/2004 & EC2023/2006 European Regulations, KTW, USP Class VI, UL157, NSF 51, 3A (Sanitary), ACS, and DVGW grades. Materials include Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM), Nitrile (NBR), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Viton® (FKM/FPM), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), Silicone (VMQ), Neoprene (CR) and Fluorosilicone (FVMQ).
Full documentation and certificates can be provided.
M Barnwell Services can produce diaphragm seals to fit any shape and configuration, depending on the requirements of your application. We can supply the moulding you demand, whichever finishes, cross-sectional thickness or tolerances.
Elastomeric diaphragm seals are comprehensive dynamic seals that exclude a lot of restraints of different sealing systems. They present little friction, do not leak and can be built for low-pressure tenderness. Consequently, with adequate material deliberation, diaphragms can seal through a broad temperature and pressure scope without the need for lubrication or maintenance.
Through advanced design and materials, M Barnwell Services can, furthermore, supply standard or custom diaphragm seals and membranes that function reliably in an extensive span of applications.
These applications cover:
- Air regulators
- Pneumatic control valves
Our engineers take numerous aspects into consideration when supplying the best diaphragm for an application. These aspects, therefore, include pressures, temperatures, anticipated mechanical stresses, chemical media and desired lifespan of the sealing component.
