M Barnwell Service stock a full range of Lipped and Unlipped BS4825-3 Seals / Gaskets in EPDM, Silicone (VMQ), Fluoroelastomer (FKM), Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) and X-Ray and Metal Detectable. This range of materials offers a sealing solution in every Hygienic application.

Available in Imperial sizes from 1″ to 4″ (nominal) the Hygienic Seals fit the BS4825:1991 specification clamp coupling.

The range of seals meets many international sanitary requirements and approvals including FDA, EC1935/2004 & EC2023/2006, USP Class VI, and 3A 18-03 Sanitary Standards.

Hygienic Clamp Seals are also known as HyClamp™ Sanitary Gasket seals, Tri-clover® seals, and Tri-clamp® seals.
