Vulcanised O Rings – Speedy and competitively priced alternative to Moulded Seals for diverse applications

In addition to the standard M Barnwell Services moulded O Rings we can also supply Hot Vulcanised O Rings and Room Temperature Vulcanised (RTV) O Rings.

Our O Rings are used in many industries across varied applications owing to the manufacturing process and range of materials. This removes the need for expensive tooling costs and provides rapid delivery lead times.

They are available in a variety of elastomers including Viton®, Nitrile (NBR), EPDM, and Silicone (VMQ) with other materials available on request. These can also be compliant to industry specifics such as FDA, 3A, USP Class VI, Metal / X-Ray Detectable and EU 1935. Generally, they offer joint strength close (90%) to that of a moulded O Ring with compliance to ISO 3601-3 and Grade CS if required.
