Non-Metallic Gaskets are composite sheet materials that are frequently used in the low-pressure flat face and raised face flanges. They can generate a static seal between two flange faces and fill the area and deformities of flange faces. They can also successfully stop the leakage of liquids and gases, therefore sections of pipes mainly utilise them. Non-Metallic Gaskets are made out of a number of materials, including PTFE, graphite, rubber, or reinforced fibre. Consequently, they can comfortably compress with low tension bolting. For that reason, the industries have been maximising the use of flange gaskets on their tools and equipment.

Standard Rubber Seals:  Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM), Nitrile (NBR), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Viton™ (or FKM/FPM), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), Silicone (VMQ), Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Fluorosilicone (FVMQ)

These can all be measured to imperial (BS1806, ISO 3601) and metric (BS4518) sizes, shore hardness and to a range of International, National and industry specifications, grades and approval standards.

Lubrikup® Prolene Boiler Manhole and Handhole Gaskets

Made out of proprietary rubber compounds. Performance grade, Style 6700 Prolene, manway, and handhole ring gasket constructed from a high-performance ShA 85 Ethylene Propylene (EPDM) rubber. Therefore, this grade material is appropriate to use with water, steam, mild acids, and mild caustics.
