Common Conductive O Ring materials consist of Conductive Silicone, Conductive Fluorosilicone, Conductive EPDM, Conductive Neoprene, Conductive Viton®, Conductive Nitrile, Conductive Carboxylated Nitrile, Conductive Hydrogenated Nitrile, Conductive Polyurethane, and O-rings encapsulated with Conductive PTFE or Teflon (FEP or PFA).
Conductive O Rings offer cost-effective sealing, suitable for diverse applications like jam nut seals, waveguide flange seals, and screw fixings. For larger diameters, they fit into grooves on enclosure sealing faces, which can follow intricate paths, even encircling fixing screws.
