Manufactured using the latest enhanced material technology, Perlast® FFKM (perfluoroelastomer) seals are ideal for critical applications where there are low/high temperatures (-46°C to +327°C (-51°F to 620°F)), and where resistance to chemical/steam/amines is paramount. This makes them ideal for the Food, Medical, Oil and Gas, Semiconductor and CPV industries.
Product profiles include O Rings, D Rings, X Rings and Sanitary Gaskets.
Depending on the applications and industry requirements, Perlast Seals are compliant with FDA, USP Class VI, 3A 18-03, BfR, EC1935/2004, EC2023/2006, BAM, NORSOK, TOTAL, NACE, and ISO10423.

Why use Perlast Seals?
Universal Chemical Resistance
The molecular structure of Perlast® perfluoroelastomers is very similar to PTFE, which makes them resistant to almost all chemical media. Perlast® food/pharma grades are resistant to steam, amines and solvents, making them ideal for withstanding SIP and CIP cleaning regimes. Other Perlast® grades are resistant to acids and hydrocarbons, designed to perform in CPI and oil and gas applications.
Extreme Temperature Capability
Perlast® materials provide a broad operating temperature range to offer a comprehensive Cold²Hot FFKM capability from -46°C (-51°F) up to +327°C (620°F). Whatever the application or sealing challenge, there will be a Perlast® material to suit, with reliable and consistent performance.

We have an extensive range of high purity seal materials including Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM), Nitrile (NBR), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Viton™ (or FKM/FPM), Viton™ A, Viton™ B, Viton™ GF, Viton™ GLT, Viton™ GFLT, Viton™ ETP, Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), Silicone (VMQ), Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) and Medical Grade. These can all be measured to imperial (BS1806, ISO 3601) and metric (BS4518) sizes, shore hardness and to a range of International, National and industry specifications, grades and approval standards.
We also offer a comprehensive range of quality FEP/PFA Encapsulated Rubber Seals, O Ring Cord and Hot Vulcanised Seals.
