Camlock Gaskets

Our range of Rubber Gaskets for Camlock Couplings are able to handle all chemicals, can combat rigid corrosive environments.

Available with either Viton™ (FKM/FPM) or a Silicone (VMQ) core and FEP encapsulation. Other materials on request.

Specialist Aseptic Food Grade Gaskets – Garlock’s Gylon Bio Line

Diaphragm Seals

Rolling and Flat. Perfect for an extended span of applications, including air regulators, solenoids, actuators, pumps, and pneumatic control valves.

Serves the following industries: Food & Beverage, Petrochemical, Power Generation, High Purity, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, and Sanitary.

Material grades include Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM), Nitrile (NBR), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Viton™ (FKM/FPM), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), Silicone (VMQ), Neoprene (CR) and Flourosilicone (FVMQ).

DIN 11864-2 Seals

Aseptic Flange union that allows a smooth interface with the pipework which at the same time achieve a metal-to-metal seat behind the joint. Manufactured to a vast range of sizes, including BS4825 and ISO1127.

Serves Food, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical Industries.

Material grades include Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Viton™ (FKM/FPM), and Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM).

Compliant with FDA, EC1935/2004 & EC2023/2006.

D Ring Seals

For pipe connections. We Can provide D Ring Seals to suit DIN11851 and DIN 11864 Aseptic fittings.

Industries served to include Automotive, Food & Drink, Oil & Gas, Health, and Heavy Equipment.

Material grades include Nitrile (NBR), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Viton® (FKM/FPM), Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), and Silicone (VMQ).

Encapsulated O Rings

FEP and PFA Encapsulated O Rings present the outstanding thermal and chemical resistance. They are a perfect choice when you are worried about surface wear due to its remarkably low friction ratio. FEP and PFA offer an extended service life and its resistance to chemicals serves perfectly throughout the extensive range of temperatures.

We supply a range of Viton™ (FEP/FPM), Silicone (VMQ), and Ethylene Propylene (EPDM) core with Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FPM/PFA) jacket encapsulated O Rings.

Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (Teflon® FEP), Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and Perfluoroether (PFA) Encapsulated O Rings.

Hygienic Clamp Seals

Also known as HyClamp / Tri-Clover / Tri-Clamp / PolyClamp Seals. Manufactured to DIN32676, ISO02852, BS4825, and ISO1127 standard sizes.

Clamp Seals for pipe couplings in Food Processing, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Biomedical and Life-Science Industries and can be used in SIP and CIP cleaning systems.

Material Grades include Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM), Nitrile (NBR), Viton™ (FKM/FPM), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM) and Silicone (VMQ).

ADI-free, and compliant with FDA, EC1935/2004 & EC2023/2006, USP Class VI, and 3A 18-03 Sanitary Standards.

IDF Gaskets

For use in IDF (International Dairy Federation) pipe fittings. Low maintenance, longer lifespan, and high performance.

Can meet various Standards and Approvals including WRC, WRAS, FDA, DVGW, KTW, BGVV, KIWA, USP Class VI, NSF, ACS, EU2002/72, EN681-1, EN549, 3A Sanitary, NORSOK and EN682.

British Imperial (BS1806) and Metric (BS4518). European Metric (ISO 3601), including German (DIN 3771), Swedish (SMS 1586/1588) and French (NFT 47 501). American (SAE, AMS, AS568) and Japanese Metric (JISB 2401), SAE J515 and ISO8434-3 (SAE O ring boss hydraulic adaptors).

PTFE Seals

Our range of Non-stick Sealing Solutions (PTFE) is recommended for use in many Food and Drink (FDA) applications.

Seals include PTFE Shaft Seals, PTFE O Rings, PTFE Gaskets and PTFE Washers.

RJT Seals

Ring Joint Type O Ring Seals are used to suit RJT hygienic union connectors.

SMS 1149 O Rings

SMS (Swedish Metric Standard) Seals are suited to static and dynamic installations and are the most common hygienic fitting used worldwide.

X-Ray and Metal Detectable Elastomers

A span of Metal Detectable and X-ray Detectable rubber compounds, which fulfil the rigorous requirements of Food Processing, Life-Science, Biomedical, and Pharmaceutical Industries.

FDA compliant types of Fluorocarbon (FKM), Silicone (VMQ), Nitrile (NBR) and Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), includes USP Class VI certification of Silicone (VMQ), is ADI-free and complies with EC Regulations for Food.

Butterfly Valve Seals

The Pipe Seal, the Operating Shaft Seal, and the Flange Seal. Butterfly Valve Seals are operatively secure and hygienic, providing a durable and solid sealing service in butterfly valves or disk valves.
